世界书World books
把世界观、人物关系和地点写成条目，聊到相关内容时自动带给 AI，让故事前后一致。Write your setting, relationships and places as entries; they reach the AI when the story mentions them, so the world stays consistent.
长期记忆Long-term memory
自动整理剧情摘要和关键记忆，聊得再久也能记得之前发生的事；记忆可以查看、修改和锁定。Story summaries and key memories are kept for you, so even long chats remember what happened. You can view, edit and lock memories.
图片生成Image generation

注册账号Create an account
打开 go.qoely.com 或 App，用邮箱注册登录。Open go.qoely.com or the app and sign up with your email.
充值余额Top up
在“我的 → 余额充值”用人民币充值，按兑换比例换算为 USD 余额。Go to “Me → Top up” and pay in CNY; it is converted to a USD balance at the rate shown.
开始聊天Start chatting
选择模型或角色开始对话，按实际用量从余额扣费。Pick a model or character and start a chat; usage is charged from your balance.
价格透明，按用量付费Clear pricing, pay as you go
没有强制订阅。先充值余额，用多少扣多少；需要长期记忆功能时再选择会员。No required subscription. Top up a balance and pay for what you use; add a membership when you want the long-term memory features.

- 到账 USD = 人民币金额 ÷ 兑换比例，付款前页面会显示预计到账金额。USD credited = CNY paid ÷ rate; the page shows the amount before you pay.
- 在线支付成功后自动到账；也可以选择扫码付款，人工核实后到账。Online payments are credited automatically; scan-to-pay is credited after a manual check.

使用费用Usage charges
按实际用量Pay per use
- 按 Token 计费的模型：按每次实际的输入、输出用量扣费。Token-priced models: charged by the actual input and output of each request.
- 按次计费的模型：每次扣除模型列表中标示的固定价格。Per-request models: each request costs the fixed price shown in the model list.
- 每个模型的单价在 App 的模型列表中显示，每次回复的实际费用可在“引用与用量”和使用记录中查看。Every model's price is shown in the app's model list; the actual cost of each reply is in “Sources & usage” and your usage history.
- 图片生成只为成功保存的图片收费。Image generation is charged only for images saved successfully.
会员套餐Memberships
会员从余额支付，不自动续费；会员费不含模型使用费。Paid from your balance and never renewed automatically. Model usage is charged separately.

常见问题FAQ
需要订阅才能使用吗？Do I need a subscription?
不需要。充值余额后即可使用全部模型，按实际用量扣费。会员只是为长期记忆等扩展功能提供更多容量，可选购买。No. With a balance you can use every model and pay per use. Memberships only add capacity for extended features such as long-term memory, and are optional.
付款后多久到账？How fast does a top-up arrive?
在线支付成功后自动到账，通常很快；回到 App 后充值记录会显示“充值成功”。扫码付款需要人工核实，审核通过后到账。Online payments are credited automatically once they succeed, usually within moments; your top-up history then shows it as completed. Scan-to-pay is credited after a manual check.
为什么余额用 USD 计算？Why is my balance in USD?
各家 AI 模型均以美元定价。余额使用 USD，可以让每次扣费与模型的实际价格直接对应。充值时按页面显示的兑换比例从人民币换算。AI models are priced in US dollars, so a USD balance matches each charge to the model's real price. Top-ups in CNY are converted at the rate shown.
可以退款吗？Can I get a refund?
余额充值和会员购买后不支持退款，但重复扣款、已付款未到账等情况会全额退回。详见Top-ups and memberships are non-refundable, but duplicate charges and payments that were never credited are refunded in full. See the 退款政策refund policy。.
我的聊天内容安全吗？Is my chat content private?
聊天内容只用于为你生成回复和提供记忆功能，不会公开展示，也不会出售。你可以随时删除聊天，或在 App 内注销账号删除全部个人内容。详见Your chats are used only to generate replies and power memory features. They are never shown publicly or sold. You can delete chats at any time, or delete your account in the app to remove all personal content. See the 隐私政策privacy policy。.
