隐私政策

IAAI 由 IAAI NEXUS PTE. LTD.（新加坡，UEN 202648683R）运营。本政策说明我们在提供 IAAI 网站、网页版和移动应用时收集哪些信息、如何使用和保护，以及你享有的权利。我们依据新加坡《个人数据保护法》（PDPA）处理你的个人数据。

1. 我们收集的信息

  • 账号信息：邮箱、昵称、头像、个人介绍、语言和外观偏好。密码只以加密哈希形式保存。
  • 你创建和上传的内容：聊天消息、智能体（角色）、世界书、知识库与资料、上传的图片、PDF 和音频、生成的图片、对话记忆与总结。
  • 语音：使用语音输入、语音通话或朗读时的录音、识别文字和朗读音频。
  • 交易与使用记录：充值订单（金额、币种、兑换比例、时间、支付方式和状态）、余额变动、模型调用的用量与费用、会员购买记录。
  • 技术信息：IP 地址、请求时间和错误日志，用于安全防护、防止滥用和排查问题。

支付信息：银行卡号等支付凭证由第三方支付服务商直接收集和处理，我们不会接收或保存你的完整卡号和密码。我们只收到付款结果、金额和订单号等信息。

2. 我们如何使用信息

  • 提供和改进服务：生成 AI 回复和图片、提供对话记忆、语音和资料参考功能；
  • 处理充值、扣费和会员，提供使用记录和客服支持；
  • 发送验证码、账户安全和服务相关通知；
  • 保障安全、防止欺诈和滥用，遵守法律义务。

我们不会出售你的个人数据，也不会把你的聊天内容公开展示或用于广告。

3. 与第三方共享

为提供服务，我们会在必要范围内与以下服务商共享信息：

  • AI 模型服务商：你发送的消息、相关上下文（角色设定、世界书、记忆、资料）和附件会发送给你所选模型的服务商以生成回复；
  • 语音服务商：语音输入和通话的音频用于语音识别，回复文字用于语音合成；
  • 支付服务商：处理你的付款；
  • 云服务与网络服务商：服务器托管、内容分发和邮件发送。

这些服务商可能位于新加坡以外的国家或地区。我们只向其提供完成服务所需的信息，并要求其按适用法律保护数据。法律要求或为保护我们和用户的合法权益时，我们也可能依法披露信息。

4. 存储与保留

  • 我们的服务器位于新加坡。传输过程使用 HTTPS 加密。
  • 你的内容在你删除或注销账号前一直保留。你可以随时删除单个聊天、角色、资料和记忆。
  • 注销账号后，我们会删除你的个人内容。为满足会计和法律要求，充值、扣费等账务记录会去除邮箱和昵称后保留。

5. Cookie 与本地存储

网页版和应用会在你的设备上保存登录状态和偏好设置，用于保持登录。本官网只保存你选择的显示语言，不使用广告或第三方跟踪 Cookie。

6. 你的权利

你可以访问、更正你的个人数据，撤回同意，或要求删除。大部分操作可以直接在应用内完成（修改资料、删除内容、注销账号）；其他请求请发邮件联系我们，我们会在合理时间内处理。撤回同意可能导致部分功能无法使用。

7. 未成年人

本服务面向年满 18 周岁的用户，不面向未成年人。如果你发现未成年人向我们提供了个人数据，请联系我们删除。

8. 安全

我们采取加密传输、密码哈希存储、访问控制等措施保护你的数据。但任何系统都无法保证绝对安全，请妥善保管你的账号密码。

9. 政策更新

我们可能更新本政策，并在本页面公布新版本和生效日期；重大变更会通过网站或应用内提示告知。

Privacy Policy

IAAI is operated by IAAI NEXUS PTE. LTD. (Singapore, UEN 202648683R). This policy explains what we collect when providing the IAAI website, web app and mobile apps, how we use and protect it, and your rights. We handle personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

1. What we collect

  • Account information: email, nickname, avatar, introduction, language and appearance preferences. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes.
  • Content you create and upload: chat messages, characters, world books, knowledge bases and files, uploaded images, PDFs and audio, generated images, chat memories and summaries.
  • Voice: recordings, recognised text and read-aloud audio when you use voice input, voice calls or read-aloud.
  • Transactions and usage: top-up orders (amount, currency, exchange rate, time, payment method and status), balance changes, model usage and charges, membership purchases.
  • Technical information: IP address, request times and error logs, used for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

Payment details: card numbers and other payment credentials are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment providers. We never receive or store your full card number or PIN; we only receive the payment result, amount and order reference.

2. How we use it

  • To provide and improve the Service: generating AI replies and images, chat memory, voice and file features;
  • To process top-ups, charges and memberships, and provide usage history and support;
  • To send verification codes and account security and service notices;
  • To keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we never publish your chats or use them for advertising.

3. Sharing with third parties

To provide the Service, we share information as needed with:

  • AI model providers: your messages, the related context (character settings, world books, memory, files) and attachments are sent to the provider of the model you choose to generate replies;
  • Voice providers: audio from voice input and calls for speech recognition, and reply text for speech synthesis;
  • Payment providers: to process your payments;
  • Cloud and network providers: for hosting, content delivery and email.

These providers may be located outside Singapore. We share only what is needed for the service and require them to protect data under applicable law. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights of our users and ourselves.

4. Storage and retention

  • Our servers are located in Singapore. Data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS.
  • Your content is kept until you delete it or your account. You can delete individual chats, characters, files and memories at any time.
  • When you delete your account, your personal content is deleted. Accounting records such as top-ups and charges are kept without your email and nickname, as required for accounting and legal purposes.

5. Cookies and local storage

The web app and apps keep your sign-in and preferences on your device so you stay signed in. This website only remembers your chosen display language and uses no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Your rights

You can access and correct your personal data, withdraw consent, or ask for deletion. Most of this can be done in the app (edit your profile, delete content, delete your account); for anything else, email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. Withdrawing consent may mean some features stop working.

7. Children

The Service is for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at minors. If you believe a minor has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections, hashed passwords and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password safe.

9. Updates

We may update this policy and will publish the new version and its effective date on this page; material changes will be announced on the website or in the app.
